All orders are shipped US Mail Service via Priority Mail. Shipping time is usually 4-9 days from the day it ships. Due to unusual weather conditions in the winter it may take longer to arrive to it’s destination. For this reason we do not offer Express Mail as we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

NOTICE: OUR WEB SITE SOFTWARE CALCULATES ESTIMATED SHIPPING COSTS FOR YOUR ITEMS BASED ON THEIR WEIGHT AND NOT BY “FLAT RATE” PACKAGING. THESE ARE ESTIMATES ONLY THAT ARE QUOTED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. PLEASE REFER TO THE CHARTS BELOW FOR FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEES AND APPROXIMATE AMOUNTS OF GOODS TO FIT THE BOXES. WE WILL USE THE “FLAT RATE” OPTION WHENEVER IT IS THE BEST RATE FOR YOU, WHICH IS ALMOST ALWAYS THE CASE. UNUSUALLY SHAPED ITEMS OR BREAKABLES MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PACKAGING AND NEED A LARGER BOX.

Patterns only - Up to 3 patterns or 1 yd or less can ship for $2.65 postage in the USA. Other destination rates unknown and will be charged exact postage after shipping.

Flat rate envelope - For fabrics it fits up to 5 yards of flat or 2.5 yards flannel fabrics. When purchasing quilt kits keep in mind kits over $50 usually either go by weight if alone or to the next size up flat rate box. Usually a kit under $50 will fit into the flat rate envelope.

Flat rate box – Measures 12” x 3.5” x 13.5” and holds approximately 18 yards of flat fabric (9 yd flannel) or the equivalent of that. An optional size is 11” x 8.5” x 5.5” which is great for mugs and dimensionally taller items.

LARGE Flat rate box – Measures 12” x 12” x 5” and holds up to 24 yds flat (12 yd flannel) fabric or the size equivalent of that.

If sending in 2 flat rate boxes is less expensive than sending by the weight of items, we will divide your order into 2 boxes.

All USA boxes go with delivery confirmation. Insurance will not be included unless requested.
